Nationally, The Wexner Foundation serves as an original partner in birthright israel, a contributor to the Partnership for Excellence in Jewish Education (PEJE), and a long-standing supporter of Hillel - The Foundation for Jewish Campus Life.  In addition, the Foundation supports the Foundation for Jewish Camping, and all major rabbinical seminaries and programs of Jewish professional training. Of special note is the family's early contribution to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, whose major Holocaust education component is the Wexner Learning Center.

Internationally, philanthropic relationships have been developed with The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Tel Aviv University, and other Israel-based agencies and causes.
