Eligibility and Application Forms for the 2013-2014 academic year will be available to candidates from June 2012.
The Eligibility Form allows the Foundation to determine whether the candidate meets initial conditions for applying to the Israel Fellowship Program. Qualified candidates receive the full Application Form immediately following this determination.

The Wexner Israel Fellowship Program accepts applications from outstanding mid-career professionals working in national and local government; government authorities; government companies; defense and security forces; hospitals and HMO's; and from non-government organizations with distinctly public-sector activities. Candidates should be likely to achieve significant leadership positions in Israel upon their return.
All are encouraged to apply, irrespective of denominational affiliation, gender, racial or ethnic origin, disability, marital status or sexual orientation.
To be eligible, candidates must by the November 20, 2011 deadline:
Have a professional career reflecting significant demonstrated leadership and the ability to perform well in a rigorous, interdisciplinary academic program;
Have at least seven years of substantial professional experience in the public sector or in public interest organizations, and be committed to careers in the public interest;
Civil servants are required to have a minimum of 5 years, out of the 7 years experience, in the Civil Service.
Be at least 30 years and not more than 49 years of age;
Hold an academic degree.
Candidates must also pass required standard examinations (TOEFL or GRE, depending upon academic background) showing academic ability sufficient to meet HKS standards, as determined by the School. A valid score must be submitted along with the full Application Form.
Candidates are strongly encouraged to submit their Eligibility Form as early as possible. Please note that the TOEFL or GRE grades are not required for submitting an Eligibility Form.

Re-applying for the Fellowship Program
Candidates from previous years may re-apply for the Fellowship Program, provided they meet the eligibility requirements for the year in which they are re-applying.
If you are re-applying, please add a one-page letter stating the reason(s) that have led you to re-apply for this program, indicating the differences in your application from the previous year.
