WHO CAN APPLY?
The Wexner Israel Fellowship accepts applications from outstanding mid-career professionals working in national and local government; government authorities; government companies; defense and security forces; hospitals and HMO's and non-government organizations with distinctly public-sector activities.
To be eligible, candidates must:

- Be fully committed to careers in the public sector.
- Demonstrate leadership capacity and the ability to perform well in a rigorous, interdisciplinary academic program.
- Be between 30 and 45 years of age at the start of the academic program.
- Hold an academic degree.
- Meet HKS admissions requirements, including required English test results (TOEFL or IELTS) as determined by HKS.
Candidates are strongly encouraged to submit their Eligibility Form as early as possible. Please note that the TOEFL, IELTS grades are not required for submitting an Eligibility Form.
It is recommended that candidates begin preparation for the required standard examination as early as possible in the months prior to the application deadline. IELTS or TOEFL, and any relevant appeals, must be submitted to both HKS and The Wexner Foundation.
