Tonda Case
Educational Coordinator
Tonda Case is a leadership development professional, DEI consultant, activist, and educator. She is the former Project Director of the JWOC (Jewish Women of Color) Resilience Circle at DIMENSIONS Inc, a Jewish woman of color-founded and -led diversity and equity consulting group in Boston.
Prior to working with Dimensions, Tonda was a Senior Advisor on Amazon’s groundbreaking Amazon Connections team. At Amazon, she specialized in driving change by creating leadership development, DEI, human resources, and recruitment strategies that aligned with Amazon’s organizational mission and values.
Tonda is also an activist with more than 25 years in movement building. Currently she focuses her activism on partnership creation, advocacy, and strategic planning in communities of color, especially the Jews of Color community in North America.
A former board member of Bend the Arc: A Jewish Partnership for Justice, Tonda is also an alumna of Bend the Arc’s Selah Leadership Program. She is a founding member of #JWOCmarching, a Jewish Women of Color racial justice advocacy group that led the 2019 Women’s March in Washington, DC. Tonda’s consulting clients include the JCC East Bay, the Office of Diversity and Inclusion at California Institute of Integral Studies, SRE Network, PRIZMAH Center for Jewish Day Schools, and the Jews of Color Initiative. She holds a BA in Ethnic Studies and an MBA, both from Mills College. Nothing brings Tonda greater joy than sharing this life with her daughters, Zoe and Chaya.
