BIOBOOK
Guided through improvisation exercises we will build our CQ (Creativity Quotient) by setting a culture that honors play, builds on ideas, makes your partner look good, and frees us from our inner limiting voices. We will also practice how to exercise authority without sacrificing empathy, so that we — in our behavior and the organizations we help run — promote visionary thinking, experimentation and problem solving, and cultures of trust and collaboration.
Dan Milton Klein, a drama professor at Stanford University who leans heavily on improv as a modality for teaching leadership skills at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and the d.school. Angie Atkins, Senior Director of Wexner Heritage Alumni, will also facilitate these sessions.
