Leadership Initiative for Israelis

WEXNER RESILIENT LEADERS

The Leadership Program for the North and South.

The Wexner Foundation is joining the national effort to rehabilitate communities in the Western Negev and along the northern conflict zone.

The goal of the program is to form a network of leaders from local government, civil society, and the central government, who will take part in the reconstruction and rebuilding efforts and promote regional cooperation.

The program will equip participants with tools for management and leadership, for leading long-term change aimed at recovery and growth, for building resilience, and for trauma-informed leadership.
