Apply now to be a Jewish Organizing Fellow!

Early application deadline: January 25

Regular Application Deadline: March 1

JOIN for Justice’s Jewish Organizing Fellowship is recruiting for our year-long, paid community organizing training program in Boston. The Fellowship trains Jewish young adults (ages 21-30) to organize communities to effectively fight against structural injustice and inequality. If not already employed, Fellows apply for pre-approved full-time paid jobs as community organizers.

We seek Fellows who are eager to explore the connections between their unique Jewish identities and working for social change. We also seek to build a community in which all Jews, including Jews of color, Jews with disabilities, Jews from working-class backgrounds, and transgender and gender non-conforming Jews, find a supportive environment that is focused on their leadership. JOIN actively recruits and supports Jews with these identities as part of our commitment to work against oppression and center the leadership of people with marginalized identities both within and beyond our organization. You can learn more about the fellowship and application process here, or suggest a candidate here

For more information, you can join us for an informational phone call on February 15 at 5:30 PM EST to learn more about the fellowship and hear from JOIN staff, fellows, and alumni. Please RVSP here. Or you can visit www.joinforjustice.org or contact Tali Smookler at tsmookler@joinforjustice.org or 617-350-9994 ex 208. You can also stay connected on FB here.
